Platter started by Nabila El Wakeel in Q4, 2021 as an idea driven by her passion for beautifully designed cheese platters for family and friends’ social gatherings
In Q1, 2022, Platter idea expanded to include unique fruit platters, then incorporated cold cuts, nuts, and honey, creating exquisite gift ideas for special occasions.
A breakthrough came in Q2, 2022 when Platter impressed guests at a 200- person wedding with delightful hot and cold finger food assortments. This success propelled Platter as a top choice for social and corporate events.
Recognizing the growing needs of clients, in 2023, Platter expanded its menu to include hot Egyptian and oriental dishes crafted with unique designs, flavors, and personalized attention to clients' preferences and started to cater to large parties and corporate events
In 2024, Platter Catering became a full-fledged culinary LLC enhancing its capacities and solidifying its position as a premium catering provider offering a diversified menu with a focus on innovation, exceptional service, and culinary mastery. Platter Catering continues to create dining experiences with a Memory to Keep.
